Refund Policy

At Yogipedia, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring a seamless client experience. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have outlined a clear cancellation and refund policy.

Each project is carefully planned and structured into milestones, beginning with a comprehensive discovery phase and the creation of a detailed scope of work. This ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of the project requirements, minimizing the chances of cancellations or disputes.

As every milestone involves dedicated time and effort, refunds are not applicable for completed work. If a project is terminated by mutual agreement, the client will retain control of all work completed up to that point, and any remaining payments for further development will be void. However, any previous payments or deposits made will not be refunded.

Once mock-up designs are approved and the development phase begins, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, partial refunds are not available for projects in the middle of a milestone phase.

Promotional services or special marketing offers are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, as they are provided for a limited period. Similarly, SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable, though clients may cancel their subscription with a 30-day written notice.

For projects that remain inactive or abandoned for over 30 days, no refunds will be provided on deposits or prior payments.
